acquisition experience. His
leadership and management
experience ranges from Staff
Officer at the headquarters
for the former Air Force's
Logistics Command to
Director of Logistics for
the Air Force's
F-16 program.
During his
career he has held assignments
in nine weapon
system/sub-system offices
executing acquisition
and logistics
management processes and
principles for fourteen Air
Force and international
programs. He holds a
Bachelors degree in Business
Administration and a Masters
in Management with a
concentration in Logistics.
He holds the highest level
of DoD certification in
Acquisition Management and
Acquisition Logistics. Mr.
Cowgill offers personalized
